Dusty Ape is expanding and keen to recruit new talent in full or part-time roles to our small, but enthusiastic team of coffee nuts.

Roastery Assistant

Want to take your first step in the coffee world? You could be running our roastery shop, creating orders, making coffees for customers and visitors and supporting our head roaster. You'll learn how to blend, develop some barista skills and, for the right candidate, the chance to learn all about coffee. 'Qualifications' might include trust-worthiness, ability to handle cash, attention to detail, total adaptability and a passion for coffee.

Coordinator

Are you a good all-rounder? Well organised? Good with people? Good with a computer? We need someone who can take wholesale orders, offer telephone support, plan production schedules and manage events and activities. The best candidates will have also have a keen attitude to business - an understanding of what makes good promotion through social media channels and able to update products and articles in our website and.... have an utter passion for coffee.

What's it like working for Dusty Ape?

Dusty Ape is a small, hard-working and adaptable team of coffee enthusiasts. Whatever your role you will find yourself mucking in to get the work done. This may involve  packing and deliveries at busy times, offering help and assistance to our wholesale customers, pulling shots in our training area giving a sample to a retail customer and certainly... tasting a wide variety of coffees. You'll also want to be fun and friendly and be looking to working for a play-hard-work-hard business.
