Refund policy
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All items must be in unopened original packaging and in new and unused condition.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@dustyape.com to register your return. Place the item securely in its original packaging (or similarly appropriate alternative) and post to the following address:

Hilperton, Wiltshire BA14 7PJ Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method with proof of delivery for mailing your return as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) business days from receipt of your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to five (5) business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Coffee Bags If the quality seal has been broken then we can’t perform a refund or exchange
- Sale Items No items reduced in price as part of a promotion are available for refund or exchange
