All about the coffee
Nicaragua has been producing coffee for centuries, but a turbulent past almost stopped the industry. After 1990, political stability resumed and Nicaragua’s coffee industry has thrived thanks to some impressive family estates pushing the sector forward. Most of Nicaragua's coffee is farmed in the highlands of Jinotega and Matagalpa which each create unique, bold flavours.
