Iván Gerardo Solís Rivera has spent over two decades immersed in the world of coffee — from cultivation to processing and quality assurance. In 2018, he and his family launched Café Solis & Cordero, establishing their own micromill to bring their vision to life.
Based in Costa Rica’s Santos region, the Solis & Cordero Micromill was created to empower local smallholder farmers. The mill offers a range of services, from cherry processing and export logistics to roasted coffee sales and expert guidance on quality and processing. By focusing on traceability and innovative methods, the mill helps producers stand out with high-quality, distinctive coffees.
