El Fogon translates to The Big Fire, after the Volcana de Fuego in southern Guatemala. The coffee tress grow on the volcanic slopes, shrouded by mists in a mineral-rich soils, creating the perfect terroir for some of the most distinctive and desirable coffees in Guatemala.
