In the mountains of southern Huila, the Peñas Blancas project brings coffee-growing families together under one dream ~ creating coffee with identity, precision and soul. At the central washing station, each farmer delivers ripe cherries, the fruits of labour informed by years of experience and passed down knowledge. What were once small, separate lots are now processed with consistent protocols: controlled fermentation, clean washing, and full traceability. The result is a unified coffee quality driven by collaboration and technical precision.
This is a coffee that changes realities for the local community with fairer, sustainable prices for coffee cherry, the desire to achieve quality and ultimately a long term future for the farmers.
