Sugarcane Process
The sugarcane decaf process uses a naturally derived solution from fermented sugarcane molasses to gently remove caffeine from coffee beans. By applying minimal heat and pressure, this method preserves the bean’s structure and flavour, resulting in a smooth, sweet cup with rich notes intact. Economically and environmentally viable, it also reduces the coffee’s carbon footprint by utilising locally available sugarcane.
