A first generation coffee farmer, Saul Menor, owns a 4 hectare farm in Huabal district near Jaen. Originally from Cajamarca, Saul moved to Jaen at a young age, investing his savings into land for coffee cultivation. Saul has recently shifted his focus to prioritise quality over volume to enhance his cup scores into the high 80s.
