We've put together this limited edition Cafetière tasting trio to help you identify the types of coffee you might enjoy the most. Actual coffees may depend on seasonal variations and what we are showcasing for great examples of each region represented. Each will be of top quality - either a premium grade or single estate grown coffees.
The Brazil is a pulped natural - the most prevalent processing technique used in this country. The El Salvador will be a washed coffee, the most common processing technique used to accentuate clarity of flavour. Likely the Ethiopian will also be washed but we may sometimes throw in a natural processed coffee to mix it up a bit. This is the most traditional producing technique which brings in more flavours from the coffee fruit enclosing the beans)
