Typical examples of 3 major growing regions:

  • Brazil - caramel & nutty, light flavour
  • El Salvador - milk chocolate, medium body
  • Ethiopia - full body, with fresh citrus/floral finish

Actual coffees may depend on seasonal variations and what we are showcasing for great examples of each region represented. Each will be of top quality - either a premium grade or single estate grown coffees.

The Brazil is a pulped natural - the most prevalent processing technique used in this country. The El Salvador will be a washed coffee, the most common processing technique used to accentuate clarity of flavour. Likely the Ethiopian will also be washed but we may sometimes throw in a natural processed coffee to mix it up a bit. This is the most traditional producing technique which brings in more flavours from the coffee fruit enclosing the beans)
