Brazil Daterra Sweet Yellow


'Sweet Yellow' is traceable, sustainable coffee from one of the Daterra Estate's smaller farms. It has a honey-like sweetness, with notes of warm spice, pecan and a creamy buttery body.

Daterra was the first farm in the world to be awarded 'Level A' certification from the Rainforest Alliance.

Catuai varietal. Remarkably sweet, with caramel and molasses on the nose. Malty, nutty body with hints of passion fruit and pecans. Sweet lingering finish.

From the Cerrado region with a steady climate, dry-fresh winters and warm-wet summers. Perfect conditions for amazing beans to be grown.

The farm is in the city of Patrocínio are the oldest coffee plantations in Brazilian Cerrado region. All plantations are located at 1150 meters above seal level.

Wind, sun and soil are exceptional for Arabica trees.
