Full bodied. Honey-sweet balanced with a good acidity. Milk chocolate with raspberry notes.

The Sanata Leticia estate is owned and run by Ricard Valdivieso, a third generation coffee farmer. The estate also has a boutique hotel - an investment made to offer jobs for workers and families of the coffee business, especially through challenging market coffee prices.

Grown at an altitude of 1200 - 1750 masl in the Alpeneca-Llamatepec mountains.

The estate sits in the mountains, surrounded by the only Mayan  archaeological site in El Salvador. The key feature of which is a sacred ceremonial site featuring two Mayan monuments from 600BC called Gordinflones which translates to 'the Fat Ones'. They are depicted on each sack of premium coffee.

Washed and sun dried. Harvested February - March.
